India Ritchie: 1982, London. Lives and works in London. Completed a BA in Textile Design from Goldsmiths University in 2005, and an MA in Printmaking from Camberwell College of Art in 2009, specialising in screen and relief printing.

My work investigates the overlapping of private and public space in the home and the effect, both emotional and behavioural, of habitation on the inhabitant.
Current research examines the influence of social interaction on domestic cleaning routines.

As a printmaker I often experiment with techniques to achieve the desired results. This has included building my own equipment, fashioning my own films, and combining single colour and four colour prints to achieve particular densities of colour.

Awards; Printmaking Student Award 2009, Camberwell College of Art.
